I enthusiastically purchased this scale only to be faced with two huge issues that totally blindsided me and wasn’t disclosed in any advertising materials. One of the issues is petty and the other is major. First, the minor, there is NO power brick or charger with the item, only a USB cord. There is nothing to tell you what charger to get or anything helpful. For shame, spending over $100 for an electronic item should include the charger.
The more serious issue for me, I have a pacemaker and it was only after paying for and receiving the product did I see a comment in the materials that the product is not useable if you have one. How many thousands and thousands of people have a pacemaker? This should be disclosed PRIOR to purchase so you won’t waste your time and money if the product isn’t suitable for this large group of people.
